For preparation instructions, please refer to the quantity chart on the packaging. For recommended proportions and cooking times, preheat your oven to 175°C (or 160°C in fan mode) and ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. In a bowl, mix the preparation mix, eggs, and water on high speed for 7 to 8 minutes, then reduce the speed and mix for another 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the batter into a pre-greased pan, filling it half to two-thirds full. Bake the cake and avoid opening the oven during baking. The cake is ready when its texture is springy to the touch. Remove it from the pan immediately after baking and let it cool on a cake rack.

The ingredients in this preparation include sugar, wheat flour, wheat starch, emulsifiers (E472b from palm and turnip seeds, E477 from palm), raising agents (E500, E341, E450, E336), pyrophosphoric acid (E575), dehydrated glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavorings, and thickener (E414). Please note that ingredients in bold may be allergens.
